Form submissions are transmitted by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form delivery service, directly to our email. Your inquiry may also be stored in our customer relationship management system at Compass so we can serve you over time.
This site does not use advertising trackers and does not sell personal information. Standard technical data (such as IP addresses in server logs) may be processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to serve and secure the site. The interactive map on our homepage loads tiles from OpenStreetMap, embedded videos load from YouTube, and fonts load from Google Fonts; those services may receive standard technical requests from your browser when the relevant content loads.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information is shared only with service providers named above as needed to operate the site, with Compass as our brokerage, and with professionals directly involved in your transaction (for example, a lender or title company) when you ask us to work with them.
